Description
Easy Jet was the celebrated premium stallion at the 2024 Oldenburg licensing and impressed there with outstanding jumping, the excellent attitude and first-class manner.
In his first show jumping season in 2025, he confidently demonstrated his abilities and impressed with victories and placings in youngster classes.
The magazine St. Georg wrote: "A big horse for very big tasks: Without much imagination, you can picture this bay under Hendrik Sosath in big arenas. [...] An eye-catcher in terms of scope and power!"
Breeding Director Bernhard Thoben said when awarding the premium: "An important stallion, not only because of his stature, but also the way he presents himself, very harmonious in his body. He is equipped with a correct foundation and has large, even hooves. His jumping was really impressive on both days, he is incredibly smart and flexible in his body."
Origin
The sire of this stallion is Emerald van het Ruytershof, who was internationally victorious in 1.60m jumping competitions under Harrie Smolders (NED). His victory in the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona in 2018 remains unforgotten.
Easy Jet comes from the highly successful Famina mare line. The dam, state premium mare Celestine, is the mother of 1.30m show jumper Kaya by Kannan.
The second dam, Panama, produced seven advanced (S) level show jumpers. These include the 1.60m show jumper Corny by Cornet Obolensky (Tobias Meyer), Calvaron by Cornet Obolensky (1.50m, Cian O'Connor/IRL) and Cinderella by Cornet Obolensky (1.45m, Debby Sterzenbach) as well as the licensed Consolidator by Cornet Obolensky (1.40m, Toni Haßmann), Carlsson by Cayetano L (1.40m, Hilmar Meyer), Enrico von Ehrenwort (1.40m, Tina Thiesbrummel) and Quilot Clue (1.40m, Alfred Fischer/AUT).
The dam line also includes Corbinian, who won the 2016 World Cup Final in Gothenburg under Steve Guerdat (SUI), and the licensed Darjeeling by Diarado.
Other licensed stallions from the dam line are Huracan, Cornet Rubin, Highlight and Grand Amour.

Hendrik Sosath said:
"We used Easy Jet for our best mares and are convinced by his first crop: the foals show themselves to be modern show jumpers with harmonious conformation and extremely pretty faces."
At the foal show, Oldenburg breeding director, Peer Eitenmüller, described the foals as long-legged, very harmonious in build with beautiful faces, loose and active in movement, just as you would expect from a show jumper foal. Of the thirteen foals presented, ten foals were selected as premium foals in the offspring evaluation and three received the elite foal award.
No. 355, a son of Easy Jet out of Okay Blue by Ogano - Mr. Blue from our breed, was selected as the winning foal in the offspring evaluation.
The reserve winner was a daughter out of Dinkelroos by Landor S - Zeus. No. 356 was bred by B.J. Homan from the Netherlands, who had traveled here especially for the progeny evaluation.
Third place went to No. 364, Sina Emken's colt out of Romina de Luxe by Rouletto - Salvano, and filly No. 366 out of Cadora (La Coruna) by Catoki - Landor S.
