Bundeschampionate 2023: Offspring placed in dressage, jumping and eventing

First Date OLD by For Dance x Weltmeyer and Julie Sofie Schmitz-Heinen won bronze in the Bundeschampionat for 6-year-old dressage horses with a score of 8.7. The mare, bred by Dr. Hans-Hermann Lagershausen, had won the qualifier with a dream score of 9.3.

In the final of the 5-year-old dressage horses, For Joy and her breeder and owner Andrea Krehenwinkel ranked seventh. The mare by For Dance x Detroit received an 8.7, and her trot was rated a 9.5.

Florida WN by Florenz x del Piero and Thomas Schulze scored eighth in the Small Final for 5-year-old dressage horses. Florida WN is owned by Christa Rath and bred by Walter Nähring.   

In the Bundeschampionat for 6-year-old Eventing horses, Johanna Schumacher was pleased with a strong twelfth place with her Deep Connection K by Devonport × Contendro I. The gelding is owned by Kathrin Kohne and was bred by Josef Kohne.

Richard Vogel piloted Con Quality 3 by Chin Champ × Quality, owned by Gestüt Sprehe GmbH and bred by Hartmut Knop, to the title of "Bundeschampion of 7-year-old show jumpers 2023".

Hendrik Sosath placed fourth in the qualifier with the stallion Diamant de Plaisir II by Diamant de Semilly x For Pleasure x Landor S with a score of 8.6. You can see the video of the ride via this link or here below on the website.
