His elegant appearance and brilliant colors make him particularly popular with our breeders. His first-class basic gaits stand out in movement, whereby his very good walk is particularly noteworthy, which is characterized by enormous tactfulness, suppleness and a clear overstride.
Bondolo won his first show with a superior 8.5 in the test for young riding horses under Madita Rentz and received a score of 9.0 for his conformation.
Bondolo was already convincing as a four-year-old, winning a test for young riding horses and gaining placings in novice class dressage tests for young horses.
Origin
Bondolo descends from highly successful sire Bonds, who can already boast numerous licensed sons and top prices from auctions and led the 2021 FN breeding value assessment in young horse tests. Bonds himself was a serial winner in tests for young dressage horses and successful up to advanced level. His offspring are particularly appreciated for their high rideability scores, excellent movement Quality and strong type. Bond's pedigree is rounded off by the modern dressage horse sires Benicio, Sir Donnerhall and Rubinstein I.
Bondolo's dam sire Totilas was probably the most famous dressage stallion and moved people far beyond the sport of dressage. He set three world records and was three-time World Champion and two-time European Champion, as well as two-time Dutch Champion and two-time German Champion. In 2010, Totilas won the World Cup Final in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
His third dam Pia produced the advanced (S) level dressage horse Walk of Life by Wolkentanz II.

Offspring
Bondolo's first offspring have beautiful faces and modern type, coupled with exceptional Quality of movement.
Young stallion Bondolo presented his first foal crop at the foal show. The commission was positively impressed by the typey foals with beautiful faces and lots of expression. In addition, the foals presented had a strikingly good saddle position with a swinging, shoulder-free movement. The ground-covering, very good walk was particularly impressive.
Gerd Sosath was also impressed: “We saw great types with strong movement - an outstanding first foal crop by the young stallion Bondolo!”
