Wunderbar by Florenz becomes 1d Brilliant Ring Mare

The black mare "Wunderbar" is awarded the 1d premium in Rastede. The four-year-old mare descends from Florenz out of the elite mare Widona by De Niro - Plaisir d'Amour and is the last foal bred by Georg Bischoff at the age of 92. Marco Trier recognised this special mare as a foal at an auction and acquired her.

Lars Gehrmann commented on the mare:

"A mare of wonderful expression, who would have deserved a special honour prize as a broodmare with regard to the expression of the type. At the same time she is extremely light-footed and effective in her movements, always in time and very neck-emphasised. In her lateral appearance and her way of taking self-carriage a wonderful picture."
