Hanoverian Foal Championships in Verden: Looking forward to the stars of tomorrow!
This coming Sunday, 26 July, the racecourse grounds in Verden will become a showcase for Hanoverian breeding from 10.00 am. Around 120 of the finest fillies and colts from the 2026 crop will be presented in the ring alongside their outstanding dams. The field of competitors, comprising selected up-and-coming prospects, will compete in the disciplines of dressage, show jumping and eventing for the coveted winner’s sashes, as well as a total of 30,000 euros in prize money and valuable non-cash prizes. A thrilling Shetland pony race, featuring a prize draw for VIP tickets to the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, will also provide top-class entertainment.
