Ogano wins the Australian Jumping Championships
The fourth and final major championship was decided at the Pet Circle Australian Jumping Championships over the weekend. The Winning Group Australian Junior Championship consisted of two qualifying rounds on Thursday and Friday, followed by an exciting final round with two runs on Saturday.
After an outstanding performance, Charlie Magnier and his horse Ogano confidently secured the title. They were the only pair to enter the final without any penalty points and remained faultless in both rounds. With a total of five flawless rides throughout the championship, the pair demonstrated impressive consistency and dominance.
The victory in the Junior Championship crowned an outstanding tournament week for Charlie – he had already won the Young Riders Championship the day before.
