Double victory for Call me S and young rider Justus Rotermund
The ten-year-old Oldenburg mare Call me S by Cador out of a Ludwig von Bayern dam, bred and owned by Gerd Sosath, celebrated an outstanding success with her rider Justus Rotermund.
The talented young rider – only 16 years old – won both the Amateur Jumping Competition Class M (1.25 m) and the Amateur Jumping Competition Class M (1.30 m) of the Waldbach Amateur Tour. In the tour’s final, the pair also achieved an excellent 3rd place in the Class S (1.40 m) competition.
Casino Grande consistent in the Big Tour
The 13-year-old stallion Casino Grande by Casino Berlin – Contact Me (breeder and owner: Gerd Sosath) finished 11th in the first qualifier (1.45 m) and 8th in the Grand Prix of Oldenburg (1.55 m) with Hendrik Sosath in the saddle.
A small time fault in the most demanding course of the indoor show prevented entry into the jump-off.
Lady Corlina shines in the high classes
Hendrik Sosath also impressed with the OS mare Lady Corlina by Casiro I – Corlensky G I (bred and owned by Gerd Sosath).
In the Championship of Oldenburg (1.50 m), the pair placed 5th after a clear round in the jump-off. The mare once again demonstrated her willingness to perform and composure at this challenging level.
Diamant de Plaisir II with double placing
The eight-year-old Hanoverian stallion Diamant de Plaisir II by Diamant de Semilly – For Pleasure (bred and owned by Gerd Sosath) showed two consistent clear rounds with Hendrik Sosath.
The pair took 6th and 8th place in the two Medium Tour (1.45 m) competitions – further proof of this promising young stallion’s reliability and potential.
Landor S influence on the dam line continues
The offspring of the proven sire Landor S also drew attention in the Grand Prix of Oldenburg.
Felix Haßmann won the Grand Prix (1.55 m) with the DSP gelding Mon Genuartt by Uriko (Clooney NLD) – Landor S.
Close behind in second place was the ten-year-old Klausi 5 by Kannan – Landor S, ridden by Maximilian Wurster, who had already placed third in the qualifier (1.50 m).
These results once again highlight the lasting influence of Landor S on modern showjumping breeding.
