European Show Jumping Championships - Ermitage Kalone jumps to team gold

Ermitage Kalone and rider Gilles Thomas kept their nerve yesterday in the final of the team competition! The European Show Jumping Championships are currently taking place in A Coruña and in yesterday's final, the eleven-year-old stallion delivered a textbook clear round (video), meaning that Belgium is the European Team Champion, ahead of Great Britain and Germany.

Tomorrow, Sunday, the medals will be up for grabs in the individual competition.
