Ogano and Hendrik took the victory on Saturday
It was an exciting Saturday!
The amateurs kicked things off in the 1.00m and 1.10m show jumping competitions. Michael Krieger and vet Dr. Andreas Lange were in top form with their youngsters and led the rounds of honour.
After several divisions over 1.20m to 1.30m, everyone was looking forward to the highlight, the costume lead rein class. With lovingly prepared outfits, the very youngest riders showed off their talent and delighted the numerous spectators.
After the sponsors' reception in the garden, the show continued with the sporting highlight of the tournament, an advanced (S) level show jumping competition for professionals. Hendrik had saddled up his three top stallions Casino Grande, Vagabond and Ogano. All three performed excellently, resulting in exciting lead changes between Hendrik and the other participants. The young female riders in particular did not make it easy for him.
In the end, Hendrik was delighted to win with Ogano, Lisa Maria Funke was reserve winner with Limbarto, followed by Hendrik and Vagabond ahead of Lisa Maria Funke with her second horse, First Charming, as well as Sandra Wilharm with Crush Boy and Hendrik with Casino Grande.
In the team competition, Barbie and Ken, Super Mario and Flower Power girls jumped for victory.
