Conditions of participation
Preamble
Hendrik Sosath, Depenflether Str. 5, 27809 Lemwerder, hereinafter referred to as the ‘organiser’ or ‘Hof Sosath’, is organising a competition on the associated social media channels and the website. Participation in this competition and its implementation are governed by the following provisions. By participating in the competition, participants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions.

Data protection
By participating, the participant expressly agrees that his/her data will be stored by Hof Sosath for the duration of the competition and the distribution of the prizes and transmitted to the cooperation partner for the purpose of prize processing, who may also store the personal data for the duration of the competition and the distribution of the prizes. In addition, each participant subscribes to the newsletter via the website, which can be cancelled at any time. The participant is free to revoke this consent to storage at any time at events@sosath.com and thus withdraw from participation.
Participation
Only persons of legal age are eligible to participate. Minors require the written consent of their legal guardian to participate. Participation on behalf of third parties is excluded. Employees of the organiser as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the competition, in particular those involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, are excluded from participation.
Comments that violate the guidelines of the respective social media channels, German law or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.

Closing date for entries
The closing date for entries can be found on the respective competition page or in the respective post on the social media channels. Late entrants will not be considered.
How will the winners be determined?
We will determine the winners from all participating accounts below the respective post at the end of the competition. Each participating account will only be counted once.
Prizes/notification of prizes
Please refer to the respective competition page or the respective post on the social media channels / website for the prizes awarded.
By participating in the competition, participants agree that the winners will be named publicly in the comments. The winners will be announced the following day in the comments under the respective social media post and asked to contact us within one week via direct message on the respective social media channel with their contact details. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, participation in the competition will be forfeited.
Liability
The Organiser shall be released from any liability upon handing over the prizes to the respective winners. The organiser is not liable for legal and/or material defects in the prizes that are not provided by the organiser itself. All information provided by the organiser, in particular in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., is provided without guarantee.
Exclusion from the competition
Hof Sosath reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition.
