Description
He is a typey, middle framed stallion with three very good gaits. The canter is especially energetic and extensive. Van Primero shows his enthusiasm for work every day and is a joy to ride.
At the 14-day-test, he was named best dressage stallion. At his first show, he won a riding horse class and became runner-up at the "Hövener Reitpferdechampion", right behind Fürst Fabrice. Furthermore he was placed in serval riding horse classes in 2018.
In 2019, Van Primero successfully finished his stallion sport test in Verden. At his first show in 2019, Van Primero placed in a youngster dressage test.
At the beginning of 2020, Van Primero placed directly in a dressage test for young horses on L-level In 2020 and qualified for the Bundeschampionat for 5-year-old horses.
Origin
Sire Van Vivaldi began his carrier as Vice Stallion Champion of the Westphalian licensing 2012. He completed his stallion test as winner in 2014 and received a 9.5 for his trot and canter and was marked 9.0 by both test riders. He also competed at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in 2015.
The dam Sevilla Primera has also produced our Kardinal by Krack C.
Our top sire and Young Stallion Champion Stedinger is the dam sire of this young prospect.
The grand dam Diva Primera is a full sister of the great sire Dimaggio, the World Champion of the Young Dressage Horses 2000. Furthermore, he was Junior Champion as a four- and five-year-old in Great Britain. Another full sister of Dimaggio and Diva Primera, Dimaggia, produced the licensed stallion Louis Ferdinand.
Great-grand sire, Don Primero, was "Bundeschampion" of the German dressage horses in 1990. Afterwards he won numerous international Dressage Grand Prixs with Karin Rehbein.
World Cup I was the winner of the performance test. He became "DLG"-runner-up-champion twice and was Hanoverian stallion of the year in 1997. Additionaly, he produced the foundation sire Weltmeyer, who sired more than 110 licensed stallions himself.
The Hanoverian dam line descends from the traditional stud Altenbruch. Out of this line are 27 licensed stallions, for example the "Bundeschampion" Dresemann, Einblick, Duktus, Senior, Weinschenk and Wintertag, Grafenberg and Hanson, Landjäger G, Cairo, Coland and Lanthan.
