Dam line
This foal is directly descended from Stedinger, Adoro, Quarterbold and Casino Grande, thus carrying the same, highly prized blood as the all-rounder Stedinger, who has been in the top ten of the WBFSH ranking for years now as one of the most successful dressage sires in the world.
Grand-grand dam state premium mare Bold Lady produced the licensed stallions Adoro by Ampère and Quarterbold by Quaterback, who became French champion among six-year-old dressage horses with Alizée Roussel in 2015 and participated in the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses.
Elite mare Bold Fantasy produced the former Oldenburger champion stallion and major dressage sire Stedinger, who achieved in dressage up to the intermediate I level in Australia, and the licensed stallion Donninger by Donnerschwee.
Bold Fantasy completed her mare performance test with the final score of 8.67 with a jumping score of 10.0 and a rideability score of 9.0. She is the sister of dressage stallion Lamar H and the half-sister of CIC** eventing champion Just Me H by Larimar, 2004 German Champion with Anna Christina Rössler.
The Besinda damline is one of the most successful and modern lines in the Oldenburger breed. The family has also produced Tailormade Mr. Pink by De Niro, successful to intermediate I level, licensing winner Waldsee (intermediate I) by Waldschütz and Basic Instinct by De Niro as well as Satchmo by Santiago, both successful to PSG level.
Other successful horses in this line include Grand Prix stars Andrew, Armagnac and Inschallah B, as well as Tansanit (Christine Stückelberger/CH), team dressage silver medallist at the 1984 Olympics, and Quincy by Quattro B under Erwin Mohn, Dominik by Duellschütz under Michael Strässer, Lucky Strike by Lucky Ghost under Eva-Maria Lücker and Zap Forever by Zapateado under Andreas Buchnerin, all successful in advanced show-jumping. Sires
Van Primero is impressive for his age under the saddle. He was able to place in his very first dressage tests this season.
As damsire, champion stallion Ampère is a great foal breeder. More than 60 of his sons have already been licensed and more impress the judges every year across Europe’s licensing circuit. His progeny have also now found success in advanced dressage competitions. The achievements of licensed stallion ZINQ Abegglen FH are particularly notable. Ridden by Marcus Hermes, he has won titles at the international Grand Prix level.
Donnerschwee, who was himself successful to Grand Prix level, has many licensed sons to his name. These include Stedinger’s half-brother Donninger, whose full sister Bold Lady produced the two licensed stallions Adoro and Quarterbold.
